Your responsibilities will be:

  • Support and serve as the main point of contact for RG Agents
  • Specialize in the detection & prevention underage and gambling addicted activity
  • Identify potential technical gaps from the player journey from a Responsible Gaming perspective.
  • Develop and maintain new KPIs for the RG Agent Teams and manage
  • Initiate, recommend, develop, maintain and revise policies and procedures to continuously enhance the overall effectiveness of
  • those programs.
  • Have a detailed understanding of the obligatory differences in relation to Responsible Gaming across jurisdictions, specifically
  • the UKGC, SGA and MGA.
  • Educate and provide information to all staff in RG strategies and procedures
  • Provide ongoing RG training to customer service staff
  • Responsible for training of any potential new hire within the RG Team
  • Ensure Responsible Gaming is an integral part of the daily operations in everything, from customer service to marketing and
  • technical enhancements.
  • Manage the responsible gaming content and controls on our sites
  • Manage communication and relationships with regulators and associations that are relevant to Responsible Gaming.

What we expect from you:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferably in psychology, regulatory compliance, or legal
  • Prior experience of minimum 5 years specifically in Responsible Gaming.
  • Experience serving as a team leader
  • knowledge of and familiarity of the gaming industry in key operational areas, familiarity with responsible gaming regulation and
  • controls
  • Be a detail-oriented person with excellent time-management and organizational skills
  • Adherence to company policy and standards.
  • In-depth knowledge of responsible gaming regulations in relevant markets
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical thinking skills
  • Exceptional time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to deliver the policies and procedures of the Company ensuring Compliance
  • Deal with all Regulatory bodies on all Responsible Gaming related matters
  • Understanding of AML requirements would be beneficial
  • Enthusiastic, trustworthy and professionally competent attitude to work and leading by example.
  • Fluent communication skills in English.
