Your responsibilities will be:

  • Professional handling of all related customer queries escalated by the helpdesk in relation to responsible gaming, self-exclusion and underage gamblers while liaising with internal departments and making detailed logs of each case.
  • Follow up any previously escalated case, issues or customer queries proactively.
  • Undertake necessary administration work, including dealing with customer correspondence and record-keeping.
  • Suggest improvements to existing policies and procedures.
  • Daily review & processing of any accounts flagged in the Responsible Gaming Reports.
  • Act according to agreed procedures with regards to account blocking, conducting further checks and excluding customers.
  • Conduct analysis of transactional and customer records to identify potential addictive behavior.
  • Investigate suspicious accounts with proper analysis and follow-up.
  • Containing customers who have been classified as low, medium or high risk profile.
  • Serve as a reference point to helpdesk staff for potential Responsible Gaming concerns.
  • Maintaining logs in relation to problem gaming & complaints, including liaising withcorresponding bodies (ADRs & regulatory entities).
  • Promote awareness of responsible gaming issues among staff.
  • Interfacing with the Risk & Fraud Team to collaborate on accounts of concern.

What we expect from you:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferably in psychology, regulatory compliance, or legal Prior experience of minimum 2 years in iGaming.
  • Knowledge of responsible gaming regulations in relevant markets
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical thinking skills
  • Exceptional time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Understanding of AML requirements would be beneficial
  • Enthusiastic, trustworthy and professionally competent attitude to work and leading by example
  • Fluent communication skills in English.
